The Education Foundation of Collier County - Champions For Learning recognizes outstanding educators through the Golden Apple Teacher Recognition Program. In addition to expressing appreciation for nominated teachers, Thank-a-Teacher nominations are an important part of identifying the Teachers of Distinction who are considered for Golden Apple honors.

Please read all questions carefully and answer as completely as possible. Required information is marked with a red asterisk and must be completed in order for your nomination to be considered. Your nomination must be "Submitted as Final" by 11:59pm (EDT) on September 16, 2026.
