The purpose of this project is to reinforce positive behavior, personal responsibility, and consistent effort through a reward-based incentive system. By offering small prizes for acts of kindness, teamwork, focus, and academic productivity, this initiative aims to foster a more respectful, motivated, and goal-oriented classroom environment.
Students will participate in a positive behavior incentive program throughout the school year. They will set personal and academic goals, practice respectful and responsible behavior, collaborate with peers, and engage actively in classroom learning. Teachers will recognize and reward students for demonstrating kindness, teamwork, perseverance, responsibility, and academic effort. Regular recognition and small incentives will reinforce positive choices, encourage continued growth, and help create a supportive, productive classroom environment.
