The purpose of this project is to reinforce positive behavior, personal responsibility, and consistent effort through a reward-based incentive system. By offering small prizes for acts of kindness, teamwork, focus, and academic productivity, this initiative aims to foster a more respectful, motivated, and goal-oriented classroom environment.
Students will participate in a positive behavior incentive program throughout the school year. They will set personal and academic goals, practice respectful and responsible behavior, collaborate with peers, and engage actively in classroom learning. Teachers will recognize and reward students for demonstrating kindness, teamwork, perseverance, responsibility, and academic effort. Regular recognition and small incentives will reinforce positive choices, encourage continued growth, and help create a supportive, productive classroom environment.
This project encourages students to develop positive behaviors, responsibility, and motivation by recognizing their efforts and achievements. The incentive system helps build a supportive classroom culture where students feel valued, engaged, and encouraged to make positive choices. Funding will be used to purchase small student incentives and rewards that support a positive behavior and motivation system in the classroom.
