Listen, Learn, Succeed: Headphones for Special Education Students

Goal: To provide noise-reducing headphones to students with special needs to support focus, reduce sensory distractions, improve engagement, and create a more accessible and successful learning environment.

The classroom grant will give students access to individual headphones for independent work, computer activities, testing, and instructional videos.

These headphones provide many benefits such as improving focus, reducing sensory overload, and support self regulation. It also improves access to instruction which can allow students to listen, follow directions, and encourage independence.
